After you’ve written the text part of your article, you can add photos. Here’s how.
- Before uploading an image, place the cursor at the position in the Post box where you want the image to appear. I recommend placing the cursor at the beginning of a line of text or on a line by itself.
- At the top of the Post box above the main tool bar, there is a line labeled Upload/Insert. Click the first Upload/Insert icon, “Add an Image.” Click “Select Files” to browse your computer for the image you wish to upload. The picture will then be uploaded to the Website.
- The “Add an Image” window will appear, and a thumbnail image of your photo will be displayed.
- OPTIONAL: Add a Caption and Description if you wish.
- Scroll down in the window and select the photo alignment and size that you want. Don’t make the picture too big or it might not display properly on the page.
- Click Insert into Post. Your picture should now be displayed with the positioning and size that you selected.
- If you wish to re-position the picture, you can click and drag it to where you want it in the text.
DON’T FORGET TO PUBLISH YOUR POST AFTER ADDING PHOTOS.
If you wish to add another photo to your article, repeat the process from Step 1.
