How to Write a New Article

The process of entering your article is easy.

1. Login to My Secret Getaways Administration Panel.
2. In the left hand column under Dashboard, click Posts > Add New.
3. Start filling in the blanks.
   • Enter “Title” of your article.
   • Type the body of your article in the “Post” Box
   • Select one or more “Categories” from the right hand column that reflect the geographical area your article relates to.
4. When you are ready, click Publish.

Yes, there are more boxes on this form, but to post a simple text article, that’s it. The only other thing you might want to to is to upload a picture. Here’s how to do it.

How to Modify an Existing Article

If you want to change an article after you’ve saved it, follow the procedure below:

1. Login to My Secret Getaways Administration Panel.
2. Click the tab for Posts > Posts.
3. Hover over the title of the article you wish to edit; then click “Edit” .
4. Edit the content of the Post box.
5. When you’re happy with your changes, click Publish.
